
Small group training sessions operate with 1 Personal Trainer and up to 5 people in a group. You can train 1x, 2x, 3x a week using any of our 8 group training sessions that we currently have running from Monday to Friday.
Or take advantage of our great value unlimited training pass and hit as many sessions as you can week in week out.
In addition to your training sessions you will recieve full nutritional guidance, 24/7 support, food diary analysis and access to our online group.

9.30-10.30am, 2-3pm & 5.30-6.30pm
Tuesday
5.30-6.30pm
Wednesday
5.30-6.30pm (strength and Conditioning group)
Thursday
9.30-10.30am & 5.30-6.30pm
Friday
2-3pm
If you sign up to do 1x, 2x or 3x weekly training then you can come to any of the groups each week. Most of our members find sticking to the same groups works best for them but if you need to change round each week then the flexibility is there to enable you to do that.
