With Andy's support and encouragement I have lost 3 stone, I have maintained my weight, I trained as a run leader and completed 3 half marathons and my first marathon! I had a mountain bike accident 12 months ago which resulted in surgery and several pins and plates. 'Andy is a true motivator. He takes time in getting to know his clients, understand their individual needs, and overall he cares about their development through training. On a personal basis, he has given me far more confidence within the gym arena. Through his encouragement I am more willing to try new equipment that otherwise I would not have done previously. I can apply myself to jogging, lifting weights, perform boot camp, and complete spin classes, all with confidence and also satisfaction.
I would never have had the confidence to perform these tasks had it not been for my private tuition sessions with Andy. Through his direction and supervision, he has helped me to gain a better level of fitness and in the process lose weight.
He displays a great deal of patience, has an appropriate sense of humour, and makes his sessions both challenging but also enjoyable.
He has a good knowledge of general health and physiology. A niggling problem I had with my foot was assessed by Andy and through his diagnosis and in turn professional advice, I was able to avoid compounding the issue and the injury quickly improved.
